San Francisco Limo Companies
Sometimes we discuss a topic that is a bit embarrassing because we want our guests to know what to look for when renting a limo in other markets. We also discuss unflattering aspects of the limo rental business because we like to point out that the vast majority of limo services are ethical businesspeople interested in taking good care of their guests. However, like businesses of all kinds, there are always a few limo services that make it harder for the rest of us. What are we talking about? We’re talking about limo companies that use bait and switch tactics on their clients.
Twenty or 30 years ago, few San Franciscans or visitors could have imagined that the Hayes Valley neighborhood would become one of the city’s best districts for shopping, dining and nightlife. Drugs, prostitution, tenement housing and all the predictable misery that comes with these problems defined Hayes Valley, and the neighborhood struggled for years.
Law enforcement officials with England’s Vehicle and Operator Services Agency (VOSA) have new powers in their efforts to crack down on illegal limousines. Previously, VOSA officers had to wait for police to pull over limos they suspected were operating illegally. The new provisions allow VOSA officers to deal with suspected illegal limos without having to wait for police assistance. Like many other places, England has been having problems with illegal limousines operated by unlicensed companies and driven by unlicensed drivers.
