Immersive Pop-Up Dinner in San Francisco
Our Bay Area blog has often devoted space to the Bay Area’s wealth of food options and gourmet eateries. Whether it is a walk along Fisherman’s Wharf or a late-night bite in the Tenderloin District, San Francisco’s foodie scene is thriving, and all you need to do is go out for a meal at one of the many award-winning restaurants in the area to understand why. This Friday, the 8th of June, several of San Francisco’s top chefs are joining forces to put on a special, multimedia food event. Centering around the rich heritage of Native Americans, Chef Caesare Assad and Chef Loretta Barrett Oden will be implementing various techniques endemic to Capay Valley and Native American cooking to present guests with a one-of-a-kind culinary experience.

Whether you had a hard time deciphering Shakespeare or you earned an MFA in Creative Writing, please know that poetry is meant to be a community-minded art! You’re welcome to attend a Diesel, A Bookstore event in Oakland, California: Poetry Flash with Literary Magazine Ambush Review on Sunday, January 25th at 3pm at 5433 College Avenue.
