I am writing to commend you on your outstanding service delivery that I was fortunate to experience on Saturday, March 6, 2010.
Booking my reservation was very easy and Maria worked hard to make sure that my needs would be met and that I was able to receive all of the information I needed prior to making the reservation. I also appreciated the confirmation phone call a couple of days prior to the event as it made me rest easy knowing that my reservation had not been misplaced.
On the day of the event, I was incredibly lucky to have Joseph as my driver. I knew I was in good hands from the beginning of the excursion when Joseph arrived a few minutes early and was prepared with my itinerary and directions to the various locations. Although we requested multiple stops during our trip, Joseph was always polite and his communication and demeanor indicated that he really didn’t mind and that he was happy to make our experience the best it could be. Joseph consistently went the extra mile by paying attention to small details such as the name of the guest of honor.

Hello Nationwide Limo service.
On February 13th 2010, 11 very close friends and I used your service to drive us to Circ Du Solei in San Jose, followed up by dinner in Cupertino. Our driver on this day was Dennis and I could not have asked for a better driver. Not only had he taken upon himself to stock the vehicle with soda, water, and ice, the vehicle was superbly clean inside and out. He met with me prior to the appointment time to go over all the necessary routes and ask of my requirements.
After dropping us off at the show he then took my fiance and her friend to a couple stores for shopping as they were not attending the event with us, and would meet up after the show for dinner. Dennis was punctual, and always professional, he is a shining example of what a driver should act and present his or herself as.
I will definitely use your service for all my courier needs in the future and that is a guarantee.
You have found a customer for life, and I thank you as well for the outstanding deal during the Valentine weekend.

On Sat 12/19/09, I was in the unfortunate predicament of potentially being stranded at the SFO airport for 6 hrs!!! I had just arrived from overseas and just wanted to get home. My original transportation plans fell through and the "Information Specialist" at SFO was less than informative. Almost at my wits' end, I came across a transportation courtesy desk, which had direct line to NLS. I spoke w/a gentleman named Jed (I believe), who was very nice. He was calm, friendly and professional. He unknowingly reassured my faith that I would eventually make it home.
About 15 minutes after I requested a ride, the car arrived and my journey with Joseph (the driver) began. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Joseph was very friendly, patient, courteous and most of all professional. If he is the type of driver that your company regularly employs, then I would feel most comfortable using your services in the future, and would have no hesitation in recommending you to my friends & associates. I truly enjoyed the trip -- it didn't seem like it took long to make it home, because of the light conversation and comfortable drive.
Please be sure to extend my gratitude to Jed & especially Joseph for a job well done! Thank you again for getting me safely home and easing my frustration at SFO. Have a very Happy Holiday Season!!
