The Chateau Deck Restaurant features French and Italian inspired three-course meals carefully composed of locally grown ingredients. Smoked Duck & Beet Salad, Roasted Vegetable Paella, Chilean Sea Bass, and Caramelized Banana Tart are among the sophisticated dishes offered by Executive Chef David Sidoti that guests might find within the restaurant’s seasonal menus.
