The International Ball Returns to the Palace Hotel for New Year’s Eve
We’re going to keep the New Year’s Eve party updates going today and provide you with yet another amazing event to throw into the bag of options when it comes to trying to decide just where to land with your friends on the last night of 2019. We know that it is going to be difficult to decide on which of these to ultimately chose to attend, but that challenge is one that we all face. And we must face it alone.
SO: the New Year’s Eve International Ball is well-regarded as one of the top – if not the top – parties to attend. Every year, the Place Hotel outdoes itself with its dedication to decadence, and this year is no exception. Situated directly in the heart of Union Square (itself the heart of San Francisco), the Palace Hotel is known as one of the swankiest and most luxurious hotels in all of the city, which means it’s also one of the swankiest hotels in all of the state, which means…you get the idea.
Each year, its New Year’s Eve International Ball puts the stamp on just why the hotel has received its reputation for elegance and extravagance both. For those of you who have yet to experience the delights of the NYE International Ball, we will provide you with some of the highlights in order to give you an idea of what to expect from this one-of-a-kind event.
First off, there will be four rooms, each with its own theme, DJ’s, decor, and atmosphere. Inside room one, expect to hear the best of European and house music. Room number two will focus on Latin dance music. Room number three is exclusively hip-hop, mashup, and 80’s/90’s hits and other. Finally, room 4 will really top off the international feel with its focus on Persian and other international exotica.
Other than that? There will be balloons! Thousands of them! There will also be numerous professional dances to help lead the revelry and keep the mood elevated. Party favors, red carpets, specialty cocktails, and over four hours of an open bar make this truly an unbeatable event.
