Eat Drink and be Merry at the 11th Annual San Francisco Beer Week

Attn. All Beer Lovers! The official Beer Week is coming back to San Francisco this February, and while it might seem like a whole month is enough time to prepare we can assure you that, given the amount of wonderful things being offered on this week this year, it is not. Still, we must try our best, so we want to spend some time highlighting a few of the special events happening throughout the city during this special and truly most wonderful time of the year.

First, and this is very important, we want to provide those of you who might not know some information on just what Beer Week is.

SO: Every year for the past 11, hopheads and beer nuts from around the Bay Area (and from much further afield as well) gather in San Francisco for an entire week of imbibing some of the sweetest nectar available. This year, the incredible event will go from the 1st of February and run until the 10th – which means that this Beer Week is one that lasts, one can only hope, longer than a week.

Okay, enough of the gushing. Just what is going to happen???

For a full schedule of events, you will want to head over to the SF Beer Week website, but we don’t want you to leave her empty handed and so will provide you some idea of what you’re in for, if for no other reason than to ensure that you do in fact check out the Beer Week website and begin to plan for your tasty adventure.

Beer Week does not take place at one location. It does not take place at one time, and it does not take place for one price. Unless you can split yourself into multiple persons, you will simply not be able to experience every event happening in Beer Week. This is because the week (which, remember, is actually 10 full days) will include hundreds of events, presentations, tastings, unveilings, masterclasses, pairings and more. You will have the chance to dive deep into the world of beer at multi-course dinners featuring unique beers, you will have the chance to drink unbeatable sours and hazy IPAs around barrels in a park. The sky, in other words, is the limit for what will happen at the 11th Annual San Francisco Beer Week.

Because there’s just so much to explore, we will be taking some time on this blog to fill you on on a few specific events. So stay tuned!
