Viewed by millions as one of the most exciting events on the PGA tour, the 75th annual AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am professional golf tournament teed off on February 8th, 2021, with 156 professional golfers in tow from around the world competing for that iconic trophy, title, and a whopping $7.8 million in winnings. Originally created by Bing Crosby and his friends in 1939 in Rancho Santa Fe, California as a way to raise money for local charities, this event now supports hundreds of non-profit organizations throughout Monterey, San Benito, and Santa Cruz counties via the Monterey Peninsula Foundation.
