Cancellation Policy

For Arrivals / Departures (Airport)

Total Rate Estimate: The total rate provided in the reservation is an estimate based on the information you or your agent has provided. Additional Time and Fees: Extra waiting time will be billed according to our charter rates for point-to-point services, tolls, parking fees, and additional stops will be added to the total cost if incurred during the service. Insufficient payments will be subject to a $30.00 fee for each occurrence. Cancellation Policy: Point-to-Point Service: A cancellation notice of at least Seven (7) business days prior to the reservation date and time is required. Full charges will apply to no-shows, no-go, dismissals of the vehicle, or late cancellations. NLS will not be responsible for delays due to traffic, accidents, or acts of God. Vehicle Policy: All vehicles in our fleet are strictly non-smoking. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, please call us immediately at 1-800-339-8936. For after-hours assistance, please call 650-244-0700.

LIABILITY AGREEMENT: This agreement covers ground transportation services provided by Nationwide Limousine Service (NLS) and the customer's performance in the vehicle during service. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will result in a minimum charge of $500 for repair, loss of use, and/or cleaning. Vehicle substitution is at NLS's discretion. All vehicles are strictly Non-Smoking. NLS is not responsible for items left in the vehicles at all times. Any overtime will be billed at the same rate as stated on this contract. All reservations require a 35% non-refundable/transferable deposit. Cancellation must be made at least Fourteen (14) business days prior to the reservation date, otherwise, the full amount will be forfeited. The deposit is non-refundable/transferable under all circumstances. No personal checks are accepted. No refunds will be issued if the ride is terminated at any point during the service. In the event of a breakdown, the client will only be charged for the time used. NLS will not be responsible for delays due to traffic, accidents, or acts of God. Lost time will be made up at the end of the job when possible. In compliance with CPUC Regulation Section 5384.1&.3, Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages by passengers under 21 YEARS of age is prohibited. Verbal authorization of the party or the signature of the client on this agreement constitutes full and complete understanding and agreement. The client is responsible in returning the vehicle to NLS in the same condition as received.
