BottleRock Music Festival

By San Francisco Limousine Specialist on April 25, 2017

Napa Valley is known world-wide for its breathtaking beauty and for its fondness for the grape. Wine and song are certainly important to the area. That’s why, the BottleRock Festival will have it’s 5th annual incarnation this year. The festival runs from May 26-28 2017. You can view the lineups and the packages here. It promises a lot to offer for music fans of any stripe. Rock and pop fans will get their fill from big name acts like Foo Fighters, Tom Petty, and Maroon 5. Rap artists include rap legends The Roots, Warren G, and House Of Pain. The line up is vast and varied, but don’t think that music is the only draw the festival provides.

It’s a celebration of wine and California culture. For those interested in culinary delights, there is an entire program of entertainment and talks by culinary artists and talking heads of the food movement. Expect to see Martha Stewart, Adam Richman, and Hubert Keller. In total, the festival boasts over 80 bands on 4 stages, as well as dozens of celebrities.

The entire festival is a great way take in the tastes of the valley. Every winery in the valley has displays set up where you can sample the goods and talk it up with the vintners about your love of their wine. You will also find access to some of the freshest gourmet food from chefs and restaurateurs all over the valley. You’ll be the envy of your peers as you’re sipping the valley’s best wine and munching on the finest cuisine at the festival. Another great draw of the festival is the people watching and the relaxed atmosphere. You can stroll the grounds at your own pace and be a social butterfly. Who knows, that person you’re small talking about a vintage red, may end up being a high roller in Silicon Valley.

The festival comes at a price, but you get what you pay for. 1 day passes run $149 with premium packages going as far as $3500. At the time of this writing, all levels of the festival are sold out, but tickets are available to try to get via the ticket exchange platform. This is a festival for those that are looking for the cream of the crop experience. Luxury is no option when it comes to getting a once in a lifetime experience. So leave your worries and concerns back in the real world for the weekend and take the trip to the valley. Just make sure that you have your transportation, because it’s going to be a zoo and you need to focus on a good time and not about how you’re going to get there. So assemble your squad and hit the valley, just make sure to take plenty of pictures.
