If your taste buds could see our beautiful city… well, it would be like a visit to Eat Drink SF. This year’s 2015 event will be held from August 20th through the 23rd, and it’s an affair not to be missed. Purchase tickets in advance.

A Taste of San Francisco…

On Friday and Saturday, enjoy elite wine classes and master chef demonstrations. At the Grand Tastings, dozens of restaurants will be represented by chefs such as Bernard Hong of Café Madeleine, Adam Keough of Absinthe, Victioriano Lopez of La Mar, Samantha Miotke of Mayfield Bakery & Café, and many more.

But, like the rest of San Fran, this happening is a blend of sophistication and fun. We don’t take ourselves too seriously. On Thursday, August 20th, for example local chefs will compete for the “Taco Title.” If you love local restaurants such as Bacon, Bacon!; Chex TJ; Lolinda; Fog City; Uno Dos Tacos; and more, come cheer for your favorite Northern California dining establishments and culinary artists. If you’re from out of town, this battle is a great way to get to know our Bay Area restaurants.

Community Involvement

Eat Drink SF is not only an opportunity to celebrate San Francisco’s palate, but the event helps our community work toward making available affordable and nutritious food as well as ensuring a sustainable future for all. Eat Drink SF supports The Golden Gate Restaurant Association Scholarship Foundation and the Center For Urban Education About Sustainable Agriculture (CUESA). This event is about giving back. Moreover, the team works closely with the San Francisco Conservation Corp: for example, all disposable silverware will be made of corn resin and will be 100% compostable.
