This private estate can host up to 200 guests and rental fees start at $6,000 depending on guest count and the time of year.

The Ranch at Little Hills

If you’re looking for an outdoor space that offers a truly secluded yet beautiful “in the woods” feel, The Ranch at Little Hills can’t be beat. Nestled in the Las Trampas Regional Wilderness of San Ramon, the 25 acre ranch offers a beautiful, intimate setting for a wedding ceremony and reception. From an open range that gives a rustic feel, to an elegant redwood pergola deck, to an intimate oak tree grove, the ceremony sites at this award winning venue will take your breath away, wow your guests, and provide endless photo opportunities. Beyond the ceremony sites, the reception takes place under stately oak trees, beneath a white canopy tent. Lighting has been perfected to create a romantic and magical, candle-lit atmosphere and accommodates large, extravagant affairs and intimate weddings alike. A rental fee of $3,995 is required to reserve your date. Menu packages range from $29-$44 per person and beverage packages range from $10-$20 per person.

The Freedom Hall and Gardens

It’s hard to believe that this intimate property, surrounded by lofty redwoods, peaceful willows, carpets of flowers with splashing fountains and large ponds is situated right in the heart of Silicon Valley’s high tech empire and only two minutes off the 101 freeway. Repeatedly voted by "The Knot" bridal magazine as one of the best wedding reception facilities in the bay area, The Freedom Hall and Gardens features fairy-tale like water features and landscapes for those seeking a forest sanctuary with the practicality of a central location. Their recently renovated ceremony facility features rich hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a panoramic view of the gardens. There is a $1,500 required deposit and price per person starts at $79 with a 100 person minimum. However, there is no additional rental fee.
